Tree Nursery K. Sukkel enjoys a central location in Gelderland’s Kesteren. The company was founded over 20 years ago and has specialised in the production and supply of whips. Around 70% are uprooted and sold after a year. Sukkel’s nursery garden boasts a team of skilled and industry educated employees and measures some 10 hectares (3 hectares of which will intermittently stay empty in connection with fertility), where approximately 65.000 whips are grown. The company initially focussed on its own region, but Tree Nursery K. Sukkel has now grown into both a national and international supplier.
The specialisation in whips has resulted in K. Sukkel becoming an interesting party for buyers where both quality and price are concerned. Modern mechanisation plays a very important role in this regard. The quantity is also an important factor. We have an extensive supply programme in place with a basis of some 100 different types of avenue trees and decorative trees, whereby we can immediately supply large quantities of any of our trees. Sukkel exclusively supplies the professional market.
